What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?
Please have a valid, unexpired, U.S. government -issued ID (with photo and signature) with you at the time of the signing . If you do not provide these documents, we will not be able to complete the service.
International passport can be used for real estate related documents only.
How soon can I book an appointment?
Please email, call or text me first to agree on an appointment time. Calendar times are for mobile jobs only.
If I don’t have access to my ID, can a credible witness verify my identity on my behalf?
Yes. Your credible witness must personally know you, be present with you at the time of signing, present an unexpired U.S. government-issued photo ID, and take an oath affirming your identity
Do you provide a witness if I need one?
Yes, I can provide a witness for an additional fee. This is separate from a credible witness, who must be someone you personally know and are responsible for bringing with you.
Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services?
Yes! I'm based in Texas, but the signer can be located anywhere in the world. As long as it’s a U.S. document and you have a strong Wi-Fi connection, a working camera, and a microphone—since the session will be recorded—we’re good to go
