What major cities do you provide mobile notary services to?

Conveniently located near the Texas Medical Center, NobleStar Notary Services proudly serves the Museum District, Downtown Houston, Midtown, Montrose, The Heights, Memorial, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Cypress, and communities throughout Greater Houston.

What do I need for an in-person appointment?

Please have a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID with your photo and signature available at the time of your appointment. Each person signing must be present at their scheduled time.

For real estate closings, your ID should reflect the name shown on your loan documents. A valid international passport may be accepted for certain real estate transactions; please contact us in advance to confirm eligibility.

How soon can I book an appointment?

Appointment availability depends on the schedule, but same-day and last-minute appointments are often available. Contact us to check current availability and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

If I don’t have access to my ID, can a credible witness verify my identity on my behalf?

Yes. Your credible witness must personally know you, be present with you at the time of signing, present an unexpired U.S. government-issued photo ID, and take an oath affirming your identity

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

Yes, I can provide a witness for an additional fee. This is separate from a credible witness, who must be someone you personally know and are responsible for bringing with you.

Is online notarization done through Zoom or a regular video call?

No. Remote Online Notarization (RON) is completed through a secure, state-approved online notarization platform—not Zoom, FaceTime, or other video conferencing apps. The platform uses identity verification and security measures required by Texas law to help protect against fraud, verify the signer's identity, and provide a secure environment for reviewing, signing, and notarizing your documents online.

Can I get my document notarized if I'm outside of Texas or outside the United States?

Yes. If your document is eligible for Remote Online Notarization (RON), you can complete your notarization from anywhere in Texas, another U.S. state, or almost anywhere in the world—without the need to travel to a notary or U.S. embassy or consulate.

What do I need for an online notarization?

You'll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera and microphone, a reliable internet connection, one valid government-issued photo ID, and a second document or form of identification that displays your name. The name on your identification should match the name on your documents.
